This pharmacy is an absolute JOKE. They bold face lie to their customers, hang up on them, and have absolutely NO problem blatantly delaying the care of their customers & their children. After my experience today I will be changing ALL of my family’s prescriptions to a RELIABLE pharmacy that actually puts the care of their customers first. I am absolutely disgusted with this facility, Lufkin deserves better.

My husband and I took my mother into this Walgreens location to pick up a few things she needed after having surgery. When we went to check out, the line was four people deep, all with baskets of items. This employee decided to stroll up to the front so she could lean on a shelf and chat while the cashier rushed to help the customers. After taking my mother to the car, my husband went back in to find a manager, but instead ran into the lazy employee. Dropped off prescriptions at 9am, told to give them 40 minutes. Came back at 11:45...prescriptions not ready.
