Called early to switch my meds to them from Walmart so I would not be out. First girl didn't switch. The 2nd day the man I spoke to didn't switch them. The 3rd girl I talked to had them switched but by the time she told me I needed my doctor to call in a few it was to late. Now I'll be without my meds over the weekend because there was nothing they could do. I called 2 days early just so this wouldn't happen. This is the Walgreens on our way home but after this I will have them switched somewhere else.
At the drive thru to pick up my daughters medicine, which should have been ready since it was called in almost an hour before I got there, but Craig told me it would be 15/20 mins before it would be ready. That was at 12:34am. I came back at 1am and it still was not ready. No one in the parking lot both times I went nor the drive thru. At about 1:10 he FINALLY decided to walk over to the window. When I asked a question about the medicine he didn’t seem sure of the answer. Worst experience.

Unfriendly associates that will treat you like you are an idiot. Woman, I suppose that may be in charge, raised her voice at me and belittled me. I can understand a bad night, but you still treat customers as equals at least.
Avoid this Pharmacy for any compounding needs. Due to the problems caused by this pharmacy with my compounding prescription, and the lack of follow up by corporate on those issues, I'll be looking for another pharmacy.
This walgreen pharmacy has gotten so bad that i am going to find another pharmacy to go to. The pharmacist anthony has made this a very unpleasant and unfriendly place. If u r lookn for a pharmacy stay away from it or you will c how bad it has become!
