RecommendedI always use Walgreens. I have to say the drive thru can be slow at time, but let’s be honest... what pharmacy isn’t! The whole reason I’m writing this review....today I went into the oak ridge Walgreens for some skincare needs. I was struggling, completely lost on what I needed to get. One of the beauty specialists, her name was Sandy, was incredibly helpful! She was knowledgeable and very sweet! I can’t remember the last time someone was that helpful! Needless to say I’ll be back, thanks to Sandy!
Drive thru was closed. Went in waited in line, got up there the guy told me after verified all my info that he needed my ID. Went to the car, waited in line once again. The girl checked me out. Guess what. Didn't need my ID. Hmm. I used to love the pharmacy here. Last few times they are lacking. That's after iv had to call for a week because they said my dr never sent over my prescription. My Dr office said they did. It's crazy
Visited during a busy time but the flow in the pharmacy was slow
Last week I would have given this store 5 stars, but after the run around I've been through this week it's lucky to get 3. The pharmacy has some major problems with communication
I loved how the walk in clinic got us in right away. They took care of us and were very kind.
