Customer service is extremely poor. I was told my prescription would be ready in the morning tomorrow… tomorrow comes and I drive to pick it up at 5pm and the guy tells me it’s not here and won’t be until Friday. I asked why I was told it would be ready and he was very rude, he didn’t ask anyone else if they had it in so I pulled into a parking spot and called customer support because this is the second time I've driven all the way there and had them tell me they didn’t have my prescription even though I both times called ah... read more
