One of the front registers was crashing so we had to switch lanes, and line began to build but were dealt with quickly. Minor problem that was my fault was concisely and nicely explained. The pharmacy drive thru service the past few months is extremely slow. I waited in drive thru and watched clerk help 3 different people as I was left sitting there instead of alternating inside and drive thru customers. I have used this pharmacy for ever and this is just a recent occurance but it happens almost every time.
Very rude clerk at the check out register.! I should have ask for the manager and reported her. 8/22/2017.
Sick of you guys selling me my prescriptions in 3 seperate bottles. I request it all in one and wind up having to go down there and having them do it because you never pay any attention to requests. I have 2 medications and that always seem to come in 2 to 3 bottles. Older people have trouble remembering where they put the spare bottles. Is it really that hard to put the whole month in one bottle?
Absolutely the worst customer service in ANY store I have ever witnessed.
I've used Walgreens for years. Never again! The ABSOLUTELY the worse customer service EVER! And if you call to speak to a Mgr, you are put in a terrible loop of ringing then music only to start ringing over again until you are hung up on. If they are wanting customers to go elsewhere, they're doing a GOOD Job.
