Terrible, Terrible Pharmacy! The Pharmacist told me that my prescription was ready for pick-up, so I drove an hour to the Walgreens pharmacy. Then when I get there they say oh it's not due until the 15th. So, I spent all morning driving to the pharmacy and back, just to get turned away, even after they told me my prescription was ready for pick up and told them I am coming from moyock. A big rude black woman just rolled her eyes and turned her back to me.
Pharmacy sucks. Tell you the prescription is ready wait in line 45 min and then to tell me it’s not ready an drive back around and wait another 40 min. I’m am beyond pissed off and will never get another prescription from there.
The worst pharmacy in Elizabeth City period. Never have medications in stock or ready by the time promised. Rude, unprofessional, not helpful, and treat customers like an inconvenience. Will never come back here again.
Elizabeth City Walgreens pharmacy is awful. Doctor called in RX. I call to make sure they are filling it because there is always an hour wait. On hold for 10 min for the pharmacy and the front registers answer and sent you back to hold for pharmacy. Show up and they tell me it will be 1.5 hrs because it was called in. ????? If an MD calls it in, fill it. We are at the doctors with a sick kid and live 30 min away. Now we have to wait here. Terrible service. RecommendedBefore even coming in i spoke with a young man by the name of Denzel who was in the photo dept, so polite he was. I mentioned to him I had no knowledge of know how to use the photo copier or how to get stuff off my phone when i came into the store I was Greeted so nicely and treated very well from start to finish. I highly recommend this photo service over the competitors. 5 stars.
This place is seriously pitiful. I regret giving the pharmacy another try....I’ve been here over an hour. And had to ask twice before it was ever “put in the system” whatever that means.
Walgreens need to fire the whole staff in pharmacy. Slow slow slow .
