I've lived in michigan several years now, twice I've needed the pharmacy here, and both times THEIR system kept reverting back to insurance my kids had 3 years ago in Indiana that we no longer have or have had for years. Instead of figuring it out both times, we're rude to me! And to note, I had current insurance cards in hand. Stop being rude when you are the problem!
