Im not understanding WHY I have been on the phone on HOLD with the Palestine pharmacy for an hour, for the last 30 minutes there has been one caller ahead of me. I have yet to speak to anyone & ONLY trying to find out how much my husband's meds are. Ridiculous. The last time his 2 meds were filled they were put in the wrong bottles & now no one will even answer the phone, the line FINALLY disconnected so Im BACK on hold & dropped to the end of the line.... plan is transferring scripts ASAP. very poor customer service. over a... read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. My prescriptions were at another pharmacy (Brattons) well Brattons sold to Walgreens. I was ON THE PHONE ALL MORNING going back and forth trying to get my medication refilled and transferred! First, they couldn’t even find my records, then when they DID find them, they wanted to argue with me about them. I was placed on hold over 10 times and at one point was just disconnected. I had accidentally got poked into my finger with a syringe found by my 3 year old niece on the floor at a Palestine restaurant and after going to er and them prescribing me a very expensive preventative prescription just in case the needle was dirty ($2700 without insurance my insurance brought out down to $1100) I still couldn't afford to pay 1100 and Carissa took her time 20 minutes actually to find something online that helps fund those pills so I could get them!
