So don't shop here this holiday season. Apparently they think everyone who walks in is a potential shoplifter. They called Code 99, five times on me while I looked at their holiday stuff. Just stopped in to pick up my photos, probably will never shop there again.
I am only in town for a couple of days, and realized around 9:40 pm that I'd forgotten one of my bottles of medicine. I called Walgreens, and even though they closed in about 10 minutes they helped me. Got me an emergency amount and accommodated my possibility of not getting there before they closed. I cannot thank them enough for what they did! The pharmacy employees working at closing on 3-17-27 deserve mad props! Thank you SO much for saving me!
This is how they treat a Vet that's been going to the saline store message me for the recording i made they even admit to screwing up on the recording after i told them i was recording them it will not let me upload it but I'll upload it to YouTube in a bit I need to keep calm this really makes me upset i could see if i was a new customer but at least 5 or 6 years same store
I love Walgreen's and have used you for many years. I usually use the drive-thru because I have multiple toddlers. The last few times I've come through, I've sat in line for at least 30 minutes! Last week I sat next to the window for nearly 20 minutes while she entered ONE Rx. I hope this will be looked at and improved soon!
It sucks ass!!! They need to get there shit together! I have been in drive thru for 30 mins for something that would of taken my hometown pharmacy 4 mins max to get for me!! Ridiculous!! And there is a line of cars and no one is moving!!!
I called to get my script refiled that my doctor called in and a lady answered really rude said she couldn't refil them unless I give her a specific name of the pill but I replied that Dr.Graber my pregnancy doctor had sent them she responded yes she sees them but I need to name each one off and than said hold on n hung up phone. I've never had this problem until now :(
