i have logged a complaint with the Corporate office, over the unprofessionalism of the staff....
Terrible customer service.
Tried to call pharmacy ALL day .... on hold for 30-40 minutes several times... THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES!
I spent over an hour on hold today waiting for a pharmacist to ask a question about my prescriptions. I was hung up on after 40 minutes of waiting then when I called again I was passed around the store, on and off hold and never got to speak to the pharmacy. i gave up. This was around 4pm. I just called again at 10pm, hoping they wouldn't have as many other customers and hopefully I could get my answer. I was on hold again for 15 minutes. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THRU TO THE PHARMACY ALL MORNING! DOESN'T ANYONE ANSWER THE PHONE? RIGHT NOW MY SISTER IS ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES TRYING TO GET THRU! WHAT IS GOING ON? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING THAT THE PHONE IS NOW GETTING ANSWERED? IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT SHE SPEAK TO THE PHARMACIST ABOUT HER MEDICINE WHICH SHE URGENTLY NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
