We waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes to be told that our prescription (that was called in this morning at 9am) wasn’t ready and to circle back around. Yeah, no problem if the line wasn’t wrapped around the building! And that they can’t let the people behind us wait because their prescriptions were called in “days before”. We circled back around and finally got our medicine after almost TWO hours. I am not one to complain but this was ridiculous and the employees were extremely rude and unthoughtful.
Waiting 20 mins just to see if my prescription is filled, just so I can sit in line for 2 hours waiting to pick it up.
Takes a hundred years to get a prescription that was called in way in advance
Horrible service in the pharmacy. Some of the sales people in the main part are rude.
They could start by answering their phone. I understand what it's like to be really busy, but that's no excuse. I let it ring 50 times, at which time I was disconnected. I called back and told the lady who answered that I'd just called a few minutes before, and they didn't answer in the pharmacy. She said, "Well they're really busy and I'm up front, so I can't see what they're doing". The pharmacy staff needs some lessons on how to treat customers....Walgreens needs a better way to communicate to customers in the pharmacy.....3 people in line for prescriptions, and myself...all experienced the same issue.... If it weren't for the fact that I am being admitted to the hospital in the morning for right knee replacement I would move my pharmacy service to another drug store....it will be done once I am back home and able to take care of business......1 star too many....and this is not the first issue I've had... read more

Good place to shop. Has a good amount of candy and drinks.
I started getting my meds over two years ago from here and I'm glad I did cause I've had No problems since!!!!
