Been to Walgreens 8 times in 5 days. Each time I was told medication was ready over the phone only to drive 20 minutes over to find out it wasn’t. They told me a request for my blood thinners were faxed to my doctor over a week ago and they had heard nothing back. I went to my doctor and was shown where it had been faxed over 10 days ago and that Walgreens has received it. They took over all the clients from Fred’s in Bald Knob this month and have bit off more than they can chew. They need to get their head out of their butt... read more

Everyone greets you hello. They are always helpful and get to you in a timely manner in the pharmacy. Most of the people there I have known for years so it’s like visiting family.
I would never get my prescriptions at Walgreen s but I love their Christmas decor
My child got home from surgery yesterday. This place took 5 HOURS to put 20 pills in a bottle. After 3 hours, I called and they weren’t filling it yet bc insurance only paid got 5 pills/month. 1st, why not call me and ask what I wanted to do instead of doing nothing at all? 2nd, I told them to fill it no matter what bc I’d pay the cash difference. 3rd, two hours after that, I went up there and they took another 30 mins to get the freaking medicine to me.
