Never get the Rx right. Never fill the whole order. Never get the order right off automated recording. Techs are incompetent and rude. The older gentleman pharmacist is rude and condescending. No one in there knows what they are doing.

Yes, we have used the Walgreens pharmacy since the store opened in Gulf Shores. They have always been beyond helpful, courteous, and filled prescriptions in a timely manner. The attitude of the customer has MUCH to do with they way you are treated! 5 star service in Gulf Shores.....never go anywhere else.
Rude and unwilling to help.
The only reason I gave this store a 1 star is because this review does not have a minus star. At 6:03, I was back in the pharmacy looking for a particular item. The pharmacist asked someone on the floor to assist me in finding that item. The lady working on the floor said I'm late leaving and couldn't help anyone. When I said I would just go to RiteAid, she said what do you want, I need some overtime. I will never step foot in this store again.
Walgreens you all are the real MVPs for being open on Christmas Day! I hope each employee had an opportunity to spend time with their family on the holiday! Happy Holidays!
This place is awful. Horrible service. Over 6 hours to fill a prescription. Multiple visits with more wait time. Staff is rude and offers no assistance. Do not go here if you are sick or need medicine in a timely manner. Here on vacation, and Walgreens has ruined it.
