This pharmacy refused to give my husband his medicine after he had paid for it. He used express pay and the guy claimed he had to have a QR code that was never ever emailed to him. Since he didn’t have one, the man claimed he could give my husband his medicine by viewing a bank statement on his phone of him using the express pay. My husband showed him the bank statement on our chime account. The guy said “oh this is still pending. Great customer service. we got our flu shots and were done quickly (including getting our picture taken).
Only two people waiting on prescriptions and I’ve been here nearly an hour.
I went into the Walgreens on willow in cookeville. I asked in the pharmacy about a product. she acted like I was intruding on her..the first girl behind counter in the pharmacy dept was very rude..acted Luke I was asking her to do something that was not on her job description..the pharmacist that finally helped me really didnt know about products on the shelves..I will never go there again ..this Walgreens is not NEAR AS GOOD as the one on WASHINGTON AVE in cookeville...shame this one is the only one opened after hours... bt... read more
Had a script transferred since my regular didn't have it in stock. She pulls my info and says it'll be about half an hour. Okay. Waited the half an hr and then another half an hr. When I start inquiring how much longer it's going to be, I get an attitude of, you know it can take up to an hr and a half for a transfer to come thru. Then why did you tell me half an hr? Huge attitude. Like she's doing me a favor. Never again will I go to Walgreens EVER!!!!!!
Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. The pharmacists are so rude and can’t do their jobs for anything. I’ve had problems with them and their incompetence for A YEAR. After their mistakes they’ve made again today along with the horrible disgusting attitudes they have for NO reason, I am beyond fed up with them. I hate this place. You can call and talk to someone who says they will fill your prescription only to get there and wait an additional 30 minutes. It's awful. Go to Andy's.
The pharmacy takes forever no matter when you go and they are rude, the only helpful people I've found in this store are the ones working in the photo department. I only use the pharmacy when it's the only place open and that's sad because I use the photo department at least once a week if not more. Encourage your pharmacy staff to make your customers feel appreciated!!!
The pharmacy staff belittled & insulted me. If I could have taken my Rx back & left, I would have. I've suggested to CRMC ER staff that they give a warning when stating Walgreens is a 24 option. The customer service is terrible. The wait was horrendous, over an hour. I just cannot fathom ever going there again. Be warned.
