Walgreens in Brainerd is understaffed - you cannot talk to the pharmarcy it disconnects you after waiting over 30 minutes on hold. In store in no better - find another pharmacy if you want prompt service!
Perhaps the worst pharmacy that I have ever experienced….they are very understaffed. My question is, is it the pharmacy or the store manager who is to blame? Thinking more the store manager. What a joke for a store. Tried to talk to someone in the pharmacy, was on hold for ever, it kicks you off after 15 minutes.
