The pharmacy manager at the James Camble blve store, has been dishonest regarding the processing of my prescription prior to my surgery in June. During a phone call with my representative, the manager claimed to have attempted to fill my prescription; however, my insurance representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield confirmed that no such action was taken. This manager has consistently treated me poorly and has misrepresented the status of my prescriptions on multiple occasions, exhibiting a troubling bias in their conduct.
