I sat in the drive through line nearly 15 minutes today, I could neither move forward or back out.. it was infuriating. When I finally got to the window, I asked the woman what the policy was for waiting on a vehicle for so long. She told me nobody could help that car, for nearly 15 minutes, because she was busy doing something else. there are a lot of stories/ reviews like this.. they clearly don’t give a crap about their customers. BOYCOTT WALGREENS, because they hate you!
Very disappointed. Wife and kids needed milk and I was at work. So I told my wife to drive to Athens from Ardmore and use the card that they had given me a refund on from a prior purchase. She gets all the way there and they tell her she can't use MY MONEY, on milk. WTH? IT'S MY MONEY! YOU GOT YOUR PRODUCT BACK SAME CONDITION AS I TOOK IT, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEND MY MONEY ON MILK! ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO I UNDERSTAND. BUT MILK???? SO, NO MORE WALGREENS FOR US! WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Shout out to KR Hinkle in the photo dept. He is awesome! He is always willing to help & give advice on what looks great on canvas, wood, poster, etc. Thank you for making a few of my Christmas gifts easy this year.
The pharmacy service is incredibly slow. I've sat in the drive through line well over 45 minutes. While the person in front of me signed papers...had a full conversation with a tech. The drive thru is suppose to be faster...clearly not here.
