I have new insurance and a prescription wasn’t being transferred to the new required pharmacy fast enough for a timely refill. Got the runaround from the new pharmacy and the provider but finally called the staff here at Walgreens and they made it happen. Thank you so much for all you do!
I have been sitting in line with 10 other cars for an hour to pick up a prescription. finally called pharmacy and Margaret said sorry, they only staff so many people. great response, gee, no one can help, never again
