The photo lab is terrible. I have spent so much $ at Walgreens photo over the years, but I’m going elsewhere. I haven’t gotten a good order of pictures from here in a long time. My family does not have red and blue skin, yet all of my pics came out that way. If I print them at home, then come out clear so it’s not my camera.
Dropped off negatives over a week ago my claim slip indicated photos and cd will be ready by 9/2. Of course I went to pickup on 9/4 and no pictures. Devante photo worker and Brenda assistant manager lack customer service skills. Wouldn't call fuji who they sent my negatives to for processing. Instead he gave me a 1-800# that is by the way meant for store use only. The employees are useless!!! Will never shop there, use the photo center or pharmacy ever again!!! If I wanted service like this I could have gone to Walmart!
