😡tried to pick up diabetes meds at a discount today. The entire order was messed up. They wanted to charge us 216 instead of 68 as quoted by the manufacturer and claimed there were 6 pens when there were only 2. Then refused to take back the completely unopened package that was still in the stapled bag with the receipt attached to it 2 min later when we walked in from drive through (where we had wasted 12 mins) into the back of the store like we had been commanded to do. Never realized it was an all morning adventure to get a prescription filled. You're pharmacy staff are really lacking.
You wait in line for wayyy too long. Good service can't make it any better. If your short staff close the drivethru!
Most everyone is friendly and helpful, though as with everywhere cut backs on help has increased wait times at the pharmacy. I used to go to another local pharmacy but switched here.
This place for a pharmacy is a joke. Told my script would be ready at 4, it's 530 and still not ready. I dropped it off at 2pm. Never will be coming back. This isn't the 1st time either.
It used to be really good and prompt don't know if they're short staffed or just a fly trained.
Every time I get my husband's meds something is wrong the telephone ordering system messes up or who knows. but living an hour away makes it very inconvenient.
