You asked how Walgreen's pharmacy could improve? how about not allowing pharmacists to change either the prescribing doctor's rx, or disregard the manufacturers warnings by making people take drugs that should be discarded per drug instructions. Once is considered a mistake, continuous direction to continue taking a drug that should be discarded is close to malpractice.

RecommendedLike all other businesses having to have low staff these days, I always see a smile & get a hello.. They pharmacy bless their hearts, always busy doing things, but still have time to smile & let me know they'll help as soon as they can.
lousy customer service in the pharmacy. if you can't get the job done in time, don't be telling people you can and then don't provide! 😣😣😣😣 I will never use Walgreens in any town
I called earlier today and was told that you have shots available for those over 65. I asked about being a Veteran and getting a shot and the girl told me to come in, I did not have to make an appointment. Get to the store, on crutches because of hip surgery, and hobble back to the pharmacy only to be told that they did NOT have shots for Veterans. So I told them just to put it on my Medicare insurance. They could not do that because I am a Veteran. They said i could pay $69.00 for the shot, so I called CVS. Yes they had the... read more
Terrible customer service! Why is it there are never enough staff available? Why is it that people that come into the store are forced to wait in long lines, especially when they were there first, over those that use the drive-thru? Why is it you then have to continue to wait while the Pharmacist is, "giving a shot!" At least my waiting gave me time to write this review! Poorest to non-existent customer service in town! Fail!

Okay folks simply one of the worst places in Del Norte County to go for your prescription especially if you wanna save on time like not going to Walmart. I needed a simple script that I get every month, comes prepackaged in a box already. All the pharmacy has to do is print out a label and stick it on, but over 2, count them 2 hours later... nothing. So my guess is their computers are faster than their pharmacist. I WOULDN'T USE WALGREENS PHARMACY IF I WAS YOU!!!
