They wont answer their phones called customer care who cant get in touch with them
I just went into Walgreens to get Dr. Pepper. $6.99 for one 12pk or $13 for 3 12pks. So I take the 3 12pks to the register. The total comes to $13. The card reader will only take $12.99 off my card. she says that I still need to pay a penny. I tell her that I don't have a penny. It's not loud, the lights don't feel obtrusive, the staff are friendly and if you go enough, they even know your name. Good people, competitive prices. It's one of the few retail shops that don't mind walking into.
Medicine and healthcare are not a priority here. You should honor all people that walk through the doors, including those with appointments.
Be aware if you are couponer they hate you. Was just told by management that I couldn't use the coupon because it wouldn't make it too cheap.
There is a manager there JOE MORENO that needs a discrimination law suit filed against him for his inappropriate comments and needs to be fired because he is a bad representation for a manager. There is alot of MORMON's in PORTER TEXAS and your comments yesterday where enough to get me to rally a boycott in front of this store for the immediate termination of JOE ( THE MORON) MORENO! !
The pharmacist (Brian) was so rude and condescending on the phone. Telling me what I should have done and arguing with me, rather than addressing the issue. Horrible customer service!
