Poor customer service, excessive wait times, antiquated systems for checking insurance and receiving/processing prescriptions sent over electronically.
Please talk to corporate!!! Move that entire row of hundreds of STRONGLY SCENTED Glade Plug Ins and SCENTED CANDLES away from the bags of dry PET FOOD!! My nose burns just to walk down that aisle!! Would you want your dry cereal or even canned foods stored next to that??? It might not make you sick, but get real. Put the pet beds and cat litter there!!! PLEASE....USE YOUR GREAT BRAINS, WALGREENS. THIS IS NOT LIKE YOU!!!! The manager here is amazing. But her hands are tied on this. PLEASE HELP HER OUT!!!!!
