My insurance pays for my perscriptions but they said need to photocopy my new card....after sitting in the drive through line for AT LEAST 30 minutes with a sick child...They told me I had to come in. I told them I have a sick and disabled child in the car and it would be too hard to come in, could I come back to the window at a slower time? Nope....said the only way would be to come in or I can pay for the perscription... so I paid. This single mom will be switching pharmacies. Thank you Walgreens.
Don't bother trying to get a flu shot here. They don't have adequate staff to give one. Had an appt and they told is the wait would be over 20 mins after we had already waited. They claimed that they don't have enough people in the evening but still accepted appts. Don't believe the walk in and get what you need!
Loved mrs kirkwood in the clinic, made our trip so easy. Shes very kind, fast and sweet. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Will use this clinic again because of her.
The staff always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcomed. If I have issues finding something I can easily find an associate and they'll assist me. The store is always clean and stocked nicely.

Can you not hire more staff in the pharmacy?? Its ridiculous that it takes an hour to pick up a prescription!! Seriously!! Its faster to drive to the Walgreens in Kingwood!!
I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years, but for the last couple of years the customer service has devolved into the worst that I have ever experienced, anywhere. They unilaterally made changes to my insurance information which resulted in my son not being able to get his medication and did not attempt, no, refused to rectify the problem by looking at their system which was where the error existed.
