Employee was very rude on the phone. Realize they are overworked due to the virus and I try to be extra nice as I have worked in customer service. No call for her rudeness.
Recommendedfriendly and courteous pharmacy staff
Just watched the General manager engage in illegal Union busting with her employees and called her out on it on the floor. Someone should tell her it's illegal to do that and employees have the right to organize if they so wish to. The labor board was contacted. I took my business elsewhere.
