Their customer service over the phone is terrible... After being bounced around their voicemail, I was put through to some phone extension that isn't even located in the store and the person barely spoke English. She then told me that she had just put my prescription through and it was denied by insurance... I have a script sitting there to be picked up and my whole reason for calling was to find out how much the copay was. Jacob Cue was friendly and made sure I had the right coupons to get the best deal. I was a day late in entering him on my survey results but wanted to let him know I noticed his great work.
The pharmacy people were nice and it didn't take long for the prescription to be filled
I order photos from this Walgreens all of the time. I just want to give a shout out to an employee - Nan - who works in the photo department.. AMAZING! So friendly- her customer service is A+ and the reason I keep coming back! She went as far as to call me on the phone to give me advice on an order I had placed. Hands down - the BEST!
Don't know why they have two lanes in the drive through when they only have one open ALL THE TIME
When someone pulls up to the drive up window and there is not a soul to be seen and pushes the call button... It is NOT necessary to be told "We have a buzzer that notifies us someone pulled up. You do not need to push the call button every time you pull in". Here's a suggestion.. Either shut the call button off or shut the hell up and just be a pleasant person.
