waited 3 weeks after dropping off a prescription and being told 3 times is was being ordered, then they told me it was a over the counter product and insurance doesn't cover it wow! what a sad bussiness

Horrible, horrible pharmacy! Totally incompetent. Every month I have an issue picking up meds. Ongoing for about a year. spoke to store mgr, spoke to pharmacy mgr. No change even when promised issues would be fixed. They have lost my meds, they have failed to notify me meds were at their location, they handed me my meds with all my private paper information out the drive thru window. I just want to give some public kudos and love to the Walgreens in Edgewood. Once again the pharmacy staff at a Walgreens store showed that they actually care about the people that fill Rxs there!! Thank you so much Sandra and Vinny at the Edgewood location for listening to me and helping me!! It's been a tough road for me and Noah; his behavior in school the first 2 years, the diagnosis of ADHD, my decision to start medication and then obtaining the medicine. Your pharmacy needs more staff on a busy Saturday-waitied 10 minutes at least. When i fianlly made it to window mt Benefit access (from employer) Visa card was not accepted becuase it does not have a chip in it.
