Worst customer service ever. I miss the old RiteAid!
After this latest fiasco, I will be switching pharmacies. My son has an intractable seizure disorder, and takes multiple meds. He CANNOT go without any of them, or his life would be at risk. For the umpteenth time, I went to pick up a medication, only to find that they were not able to fill it and didn't let me know. This time, it was because they needed prior authorization from his insurance company, but they had the new script (same med, different dose) for almost a month and never bothered to contact the insurance company... read more
