My granddaughter and grandson went in to Walgreens on 7/4/2020, to buy a couple thing and decided to buy some poppers. The clerk asked how old she was, she replied 18, asked grandson, he replied, and then clerk said to my granddaughter, "don't bring him back, you have to be 18 to buy these" as she points to my grandson. she then asked for my granddaughters ID, which she provided (it being her Military ID) AND THEN, that clerk told her she needed a State ID or drivers license because she should have her DL already. Why in the hell does it take HOURS to fill prescriptions? This is the slowest pharmacy in America. I don’t understand what takes SO long to count to 40! Get a couple friends to take off their shoes to help count if needed!

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy department is ridiculous. They are either way understaffed or extremely unorganized. Probably both. It took me an hour and a half to get 2 prescriptions filled and they initially told me to come back in 25 minutes.
The store is just okay and I had to go back through the line three different times and wait 10 minutes the last time to get my prescription so yeah the pharmacy pretty much sucks they are not helpful at all lacking customer service
