Doctor’s office, Cherokee Hills Medicine, sent over a wrong prescription, 4x the actual dosage needed. I paid for it and actually took it and then realized it was wrong. I went to Walgreens (went there first because it was Saturday and Dr is closed until Monday) and let them know and asked for a refund. The pharmacist’s response was “It’s not our mistake, I’m not going to eat their mistake.” I won’t be back.
There are 2 employees, a Katie and a Mai in your pharmacy that I need to tell you about. I just got 2 new prescriptions. These girls (pharmacists) objected to one of the new ones because of another drug I'm taking. Mai wanted me to talk to the dr. before taking it. The dr. said it was okay, take it. MAI WAS RIGHT!!! This wonderful, caring young lady knew that they were overdosing me on blood pressure medicines! This morning my bp was 80/45. I am beyond grateful to the Pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location! I had just had surgery and stopped to fill my prescription and was so upset to find that my Soonercare would not cover the cost. I'm on disability and that cost would have kept me from being able to get them at all. My mom offered but it would have been difficult for her as well. The staff must have overheard our concerns because when she went in to pick it up the pharmacist on staff had given us an amazing discount that cut the cost by more than half! I'... read more
The most ridiculous amount of time spent waiting on prescriptions.
Terrible customer service!! This pharmacy had no sympathy for me being sick and living 30 minutes away. "Sorry it will take a couple hours"....I begged them to help me get the prescription in a more timely manner. I was running a fever and felt hottiblr. "No"...I will never walk in to another Walgreens.
They are so bad, inconsiderate,rude snd unproffessional that I'm going to file a complaint. .also i know many that are talking their business elsewhere , the only thing i can figure about those people giving them 4 and 5 stars is they must work for them
