Tried to return a lipstick that formula claimed to be creamy and hydrating, but was completely drying. Literally bought the tube two days ago and was informed they do not take returns on any cosmetics even with receipts! But having the cashier tell me "sorry Chief" while smirking was beyond insulting and rude!! Will never shop here again.
Need to hire someone in liquior department. you have to tote it to another cashier in the other part of the store.Why the heck do you have a liquior department if you can't pay for it there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very unhappy with the pharmacy staff, the cashier was extremely rude and it seemed to pain her to assist me, this has not been the first encounter with the rude staff. I have since transferred my medications and services to another pharmacy where the staff appreciates a customer and is willing to answer questions that effect mine along with families health.
I love my co workers but big bosses have no clue how to run a store. They could take some lessons from my old store in Lubbock.
This place is a joke. The doctor called me in two prescriptions yesterday and i went and picked them up in that hell line only one person working the counter. I asked the girl if both of the medications were in there she said yes didn't think twice to check. Left got home and only one of them call them and the lady said sorry we will have it in an hour and i asked if insurance would cover it and she said yes. I had rather eat dirt than get an Rx filled at the Clovis Walgreen's. They are rude an non-caring about the customer's needs at the pharmacy. Go to Roden Smith are walmart instead.
