They get my prescriptions messed up almost monthly here lately. Even when they tell the Doctors and Nurses themselves that my scripts are ready, then we go to pick up and somehow they can't fill because they have no order! This can be done 3-4x in a row on same med order and each time there is no script sent, order wrong, etc..... I just simply need to load up and go somewhere else. All I want is a simple transaction each month. Is that too much to ask?
Worst pharmacy ever!! Rude employees (tech and pharmacist) with no customer service skills at all, scripts are never ready in timely manner. Everytime I use this pharmacy it’s a horrible experience! I’m done! I waited 4 hours on a Z-pack and Ibuprofen!!!! Moving all my prescriptions and business ASAP, first thing in morning!
I totally love the store, but have not had the best value or experience with the pharmacy. They have good store hours and a convenient location, friendly staff.
They literally do not care about the customers. They say 15 to 20 minutes. Stand in line for another 10 minutes for them to say it will be another 20 minutes because they never started. They don’t care at all. If they would say that they can’t fill it for an hour then they should just say that. Then you try to give them the new insurance card and they say they have it and don’t need it.... get up there after waiting an hour for them to say that they don’t have any insurance on file ���
This is the worst Walgreen's I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff is incompetent, they are disorganized and slow. I am planning to take my business elsewhere.
My daughter received a prescription she was almost done with it to find the pills were molded !!still sick having more symptoms than before .they didn't even offer to send her to the Dr. And still haven't hear anything from them .. I guess it's time to visit the lawyer. You wait hours for you medicine to get bad medicine! !
