the drive thru pharmacy is so slow. every time.

Husband got a prescription filled and even though there was a discount available, they charged the higher price since he didn't complain. When he got home I called right away and was told that yes there was a discount available but since he paid the higher amount, there was nothing they would do. So basically they are telling people to throw a fit and then you can have the discount. They have lost our business forever!
This has to be the worst pharmacy there is, go in for my sons antiseizer meds and they claim my insurance doesnt match for his date of birth so they wont accept it. Which his order was put in this morning and they claim its to hard for them to get it done before 8pm so there is no way to call and get it fixed. While i can call down to the one in sheboygan and have it done with in an hour. The manitowoc one is a joke, they always have an excuse on why they cant have my sons meds done and its rediculous and i refuse to go back... read more
