Not happy. Went last night to purchase items & use up our accumulated points earned with purchases and Rxs. Email said we had over 19000 pts ($20), clerk said we had<2000. Put back almost &50 in merchandise and went home mad at the situation. Wrote to WG main contacts to complain. Thinking of taking our Rxs elsewhere. Always liked the friendliness, etc., but this was maddening.

I like Walgreens, but if I would have known that passport pictures for two of us cost $30.00. I would have shopped elsewhere. You know that is a total ripoff. You should be ashamed.
