replace management wait time on a call for info generally 45 minutes wait time at drive up usually around 1/2 hour complaint to management and could care less . company trying to save money so the pharmacy is generally short staffed . ABSOLUTELY THE WORRST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
I highly do not recommend this Walgreen's management is ignorant and refused to listed to a customers explanation of a request to deposit money to a pay-pal acct loudly proclaimed to the checkout line it was a scam and shut the customer down forcing them to go to a better managed walgreen's miles away in Brick for the proper service
they can fill prescriptions when Doctors call them in, for start
Lets not bring up how they randomly switch my meds from the name brand to the generic without warning or how back when they were giving me 90 day supplies they gave me the wrong things half the time. The service got better until now when they waited until after i already needed the medication (literally the last day) to tell me i cant get it from them anymore and i have to go elsewhere because they arent qualified under my insurance to issue 90 day supplies and im not allowed 1 month supplies anymore (also news to me). This is a very busy store, but stick L. in the pharmacy is one of the nicest guys ever! He genuinely cares about his patients!

this pharmacy is horrendous. terrible customer service. the people are so rude and unprofessional. i used them for years and now i am transferring to a new pharmacy.
