One car in front of me and waiting 30 minutes thus far. 5 people working and not one acknowledgment that I’m sitting here. The service here has gotten worse with time. Going in 40 minutes now.......do they see me? Not sure at this point. Walgreens you suck!!!!!!
the pharmacist at Walgreens in Ridgecrest CA is a dick. he overrides prescriptions just because he gets away with it. if it weren't the only pharmacy in town for my mom's pain medication, I'd be going somewhere else.

I have been a customer for 10 years and they have become the absolute worst pharmacy to deal with. The customer service has gone completely down hill and the attitudes they have are becoming a serious problem. Medications are never done on time. I will be moving pharmacies. It seems they have continued to get worse since the manager and most of his staff during his time has left. I'm no longer a happy customer.
Literally, the slowest, excuse, and abysmal pharmacy I have ever been to! Efficiency is not what they are good at. When it takes more than 24 hours for them to put pills in a bottle, ummm yeah! People need to be fired.
Walgreens is EXTREMELY SLOW! Came here twice once last night and here I am my second time this morning. Been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes already!
Walgreens pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Their system makes sense, staff is very knowledgeable, and so helpful to their customers. There’s always a follow through with their process and the customer (myself) don’t have to play the middle man or babysit anyone. Only thing I wish was that lines would move quicker but is understandable that it takes time with each and every customer.
