So in the middle of a rush at the pharmacy, the cashier's drawer had to be pulled by the manager to be counted? Just one more way that customer service is not a priority by management here at Walgreens.
Service is good. Pharmacy answers questions in timely manner. Could improve phone service for customers. Have to wait too long.
Pretty sad when a chain store refuses to sell a product to someone until corporate gets involved and then will only sell with a taxpayer ID and proof of the "cause". Why would anyone want to buy 100 backpacks IF they weren't for a good cause and then again why would it even matter a sell is a sell regardless of whose buying! Note this is representative of this store only not all Walgreens.
Management refused to assist a good Samaritan trying to purchase school supplies for those children less fortunate in our own community. If they cannot support Johnston county, let's not support them.
Ever heard of a manager refusing to sell product to a paying customer?! Yeah me either until it happened to a friend trying to purchase 100 book bags for children who are in need. What a disgrace! Walgreens claims to want to be involved with their local communities, but this manager proved that is not the case with this Walgreens!!
I was dishearten when I entered this store to purchase 100 bookbags for impoverished children who could not afford them and I was forbidden to do so. After informing them Clayton gracious sold 60 with no problem I was limited to 60 bookbags and told she needed them for her "regular customers." I even offered to pay retail instead of the sale price and was still denied. Then I was told that they would now limit the sale to 5 per person per transaction.
