First thing that happened was when I had to take my Son to Urgent Care and had his prescriptions sent to you. After I dropped him off at home, I went and picked his meds up. 3 days later I discovered that he hadn't gotten his antibiotics. Prescription was there but no one called or filled it. Next. My daughter in law took a prescription there for sugar testing. She's on medicare and no covered. That's OK, I will pay for it. Very slow and some of the most unfriendly that I have ever seen!!!!
I like all the staff but good gosh they need some more help. Every time i go to pick up prescriptions that are "ready" i can count on being there at least 30 minutes. Dont even call and think you will get someone on the phone in less than 10 minutes. Great pharmacy just poor service.
