I went to this pharmacy & waited nearly 20 minutes for the women at the front to stop talking and help me! Terrible customer service!
Every single person I have ever dealt with at that pharmacy has been rude. I stopped going to that Walgreens years ago, tried them again for some stupid reason. The guy was rude and told me to just get my prescriptions at the other store. I think I’ll be getting my prescriptions from CVS from now on. I wanted to swap a prescription from another pharmacy to them, but could never get through to their pharmacy. I called on different days and would just sit endlessly on hold. So I just blew them off. I certainly don’t want to deal with a pharmacy that I cannot reach by telephone.
I've used both locations in Russellville and they're equally inefficient!!!!!!
If I could have given this store a 0 I would have. I have received the worst customer service from not just the pharmacist but the staff behind the counter also. They do not care about their customers at all. I think I will start a petition to BAN them and get everyone to use CV's or HELL anyone but THEM!!!
If the sign says the pharmacy stays open until 10, then they need to keep their staff available and counter/drive thru open until 10. Come to think of if it, I've never seen them stay open until closing. Very unprofessional!
Josie refused to help us. She said I need to call the next day because it didn't recognize my insurance card. I'm a teacher and state employee. My son had to go two days without medicine. I will not return.
