Every time we go to this store, we have to deal with unhappy, grumpy pharmacy employees. Not to mention the wait time for our prescriptions. Its so stressful and frankly, I hate it there. I will be changing our pharmacy looking for good customer service. ALSO, these workers were given face masks to wear due to COVID-19 but we overheard them saying they will not were them. Not one was wearing a mask as of 4/8/2020 during a WORLDWIDE pandemic. Why?

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I’ve had multiple occasions where my prescriptions were “ready”, only to get there and they have no idea what I am talking about, and want me to wait 30 minutes or more while they fix their error. No thank you; I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

FIRST OF ALL, MY MOMMA WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW TO PICK UP HER PERSCRIPTION, THE EMPLOYEE ASKED FOR HER LICENSE, MOM GAVE IT TO HER AND GOT HER PERSCRIPTION. 2 WEEKS LATER MY MOMMA IS LOOKING ALL OVER FOR HER LICENSE AND CALLS EVERYWHERE SHE HAS BEEN. FINALLY SHE CALLS WALGREENS IN MILFORD. THEY HAVE IT. SO I CALL THE PHARMACY MANAGER AND ASKED HER WHAT HERE PROCEDURE IS IF THE EMPLOYEE ACCIDENTALLY KEEPS SOMEONES LICENSE.
