Went to this Walgreens with rain checks for oxi and I was told that I had to go back to the store where I got the rain checks because they were not suppose to give out rain checks for the oxi. Will not be returning to that (Reidsville NC) Walgreens again.
After working 8 hours with a sinus infection I went to Walgreens to get my antibiotics. While I was waiting and picking out nasal spray they accused me of shoplifting and demanded to see my purse. Really, Walgreens? While I'm super sick I did not need to be accused of being a petty criminal. Get your employee's eyes checked. I was so mortified I cried on the way home. :( :( :(
The manager "Carolyn" needs some serious training. She has no manager skills.
Dropped med rx to get filled told to be 25 to 30 min. because 4 others ahead. Ran errand and when came back was told since we left 6 others were placed ahead of us. Was not notified if we chose to leave, our rx's would not be filled within that time. Horrible customer service. Shouldn't service be provided in order it is received.
