they're the best I love by Walgreens staff is amazing all the time
No one answers the phone and the prescriptions are never ready or they’re out of stock and delayed. EVERY TIME. It’s ridiculous. Even the main store doesn’t answer the phone. You just get a recording that says “We’re sorry but our staff is answering other calls” yet anytime I’m in the store it’s completely empty so I can’t imagine that they are that inundated with phone calls.
Had to go back because of the wait at the pharmacy.
The Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of SpringHill Drive and Pinehurst in Spring Hill, Florida should be closed down. The incompetence there is not a laughing matter. The people who work there are just plain stupid. They constantly tell you on the phone that your prescription is ready. But when you go to pick it up, its not ready. This has happened to me at least five times in the past six months. Or if there is a problem with the prescription, they dont call and tell you. I should charge them for gas money for all the times... read more
