Been sitting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes. They have looked at me several times, not even picked up the headset and said give us a few minutes. I would not use Walgreens if it wasn’t the only one in town that my insurance will accept. And once the girl did pick up the headset, she didn’t even apologize for the wait. Multiple cars behind me in line, watched them stand around and chat, and answer the phone inside several times before answering the window

They were very helpful and friendly. Our De Soto Fire Dept and the other Departments that were there we had lots of fun.

They are always so helpful in the pharmacy and great deals in the store as well!
Horrible place. The staff are extremely rude and I'm sorry but it does not take several hours to fill a script for Keflex. I will never step foot in any Walgreens ever. I prefer to deal with educated people not some boob that can barely string 2 words together. I'm even more disgusted that I had to give you a star rating of one, because that's more than what this store deserves.
