I was notified on Tuesday that a medication was out of stock. Went back in on Thursday and the pharmacist said to check after 12:30. I called on Friday and was either on hold or disconnected for over an hour. Once I made contact with someone in the pharmacy, I was told the medication was still out of stock. She would order it yet it would be Monday before they would receive it. Waiting in the drive thru, my prescriptions are done the person in front of me wasn’t. I am blocked in and wait 25 minutes. For pity sakes if is not ready have them comeback.

I love this place. I mostly get my meds there but wouldnt go elsewhere.
It shouldn't take multiple trips to get an employee to check your insurance and do there job.
