Ill start by saying I was helped by a very nice man this morning when I bought my photos, got home and realized that my 5x7's printed with lines in them. I called to ask if they could be reprinted and was spoken to very rudely by a female employee that was also very rude during my visit this morning when I pressed the assistance button at the photo counter. I was told that it was not their fault, that that's how the file came in (not the case, as the other size printed without the flaw) and she didnt even try to hide her ann... read more

It is awful. For 2 days my doctor faxed scripts that Walgreens never seemed to receive. Was told an amount on the phone but was different when i got there. I had medicine filled there in the last month, but they didnt have it to run thru. After a very condescending girl at the drive thru I switched pharmacy today. I hope nobody uses Walgreens.
Normally I love this Walgreens. Tonight worst customer service I've ever gotten. I had an associate bring her manager over and tell me that I dropped a makeup palette in which I didn't drop. And that I tested all of the eyeshadow palettes on my hand. I tested one and then purchased it ... Being accused of things I did not do, in front of several people is not ok. Please pull the cameras and you will see I didn't do this... I will be going to CVS from now on. No question about it.
