I just left and sadly will never come back to this location. This is the second time I went specifically to this store to pick up photos instead of having them shipped to me. I liked the convenience, but I have had to wait. This time, however, an employee was needlessly rude towards me and I will not stand for that. I spend $225 on gift cards and I have to ask for a bag? Then the cashier responds "Oh you want a bag?" I'm done.
I was there at 6:30 am to purchase a bunch of things that were on sale. I go to the register and the cashier couldn't use my Walgreens card. He said it wasn't working and neither was my phone number. I told him it was fine I didn't need the points but I would like the sale point. He refused to give it me. I left after wasting 20 min of them playing on the computer. The manager Roop was rude and had zero customer service.
So upset right now!!!! I picked up a prescription for my daughter ladst night just went to give it to her and its wrong!!! WRONG!!!! Its not the right drug!!!! Not something my daughter has ever had! This is so potentially dangerous!!!! Thank God I looked at it closely before giving it! Time to change pharmacies I guess!!!!!!!
Wait online for my epi-pen refill that expired yesterday and I was turned away. I was told I could not fill my refill that expired yesterday. Unbelievable. Hello ... where were you when the snow storm hit. Now I'm without my epi-pen till atleast Monday when I can get in touch with my dr for a stinking refill presription. Thanks. I hope I don't eat anything that requires me to have to use my epi-pen. She acted like I was asking for pain killers which doesn't seem to be a problem being so many people are addicted to it.
