I would have gave them zero stars if I could. The customer service at the pharmacy was horrible! The clerk was unhelpful and very rude. I had questions regarding a Rx and she rolled her eyes and made me feel that I was a burden instead of a customer who needed help. Sorry, Walgreens! You just lost a customer. Maybe train your young people to have some manners. She represents you.
Waiting, waiting and more waiting... waited45 minutes in the drive through, was told to come back “inside” the store in 30 and my prescription would be ready. I come back wait another 20 minutes... get up to the front and am told they’re still not ready... it’ll be another 5-10 minutes! Well they still didn’t hit that mark either! I mean at least just be fricken honest and stop wasting my time waiting! 🤦🏻♀️ the only reason I switched is because of my insurance... otw I’d be out of here! Horrible!!!!
Everytime I visit to pickup prescriptions the lines take forever and/or they don’t fill your meds when promised. Today was the turning point for me.. my son is sick with the flu and croup and requires 2 medications. They call me to tell me my prescriptions are ready so I load him up in the car, against his will, and take him through the drive thru which took FOREVER only for them to tell me that only 1 is filled (the guy behind the glass window couldn’t even pronounce the medication right) and the other one is not, meaning I... read more
The employees at The Lompoc Walgreens are friendly SOMETIMES. they need some good customer service skills. The black woman cashier is good though. she's nice to people.
The workers are very rude.they don't help. They just point..
I worked for this company for 14 years before being treated like a number instead of an employee. Let me know when district managers care about their employees again. Then i will come shop there... maybe
I always stop here when I'm in Lompoc because it's a lot easier than going through Walmart and far more convenient. Friendly staff and great selection of items.
I would give them a better review but every single time I pick up my prescription no matter what time of day: inside or outside the wait time is long. Several times my prescription isn't ready yet even though it should've been ready hours before. It seems that Walgreens doesn't care about its customer's here in Lompoc. How unfortunate. I'll be moving my prescriptions & business elsewhere.
