Slowest pharmacy in town.
My daughter had Carpal Tunnel surgery yesterday, we went there to get her script filled because we live way out of town. Took 1 1/2 hours to count out 20 Tylenol 3! Ridiculous! I've worked in pharmacy and I know it doesn't take that long. Learned my lesson! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I’m NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! I was treated like crap, and I felt so disrespected by the cashier, not only did I feel unappreciated, but I asked to become a balance rewards member but the cashier REFUSED!!!!!!! Are you joking? I had to sign up at Farmington and I’m glad I did. YOU GUYS NEED TO LEARN ABOUT TREATING CUSTOMERS RIGHT, WE ARE PEOPLE TOO AND DESERVE RESPECT!!!!!!!!! Been sitting in line for over 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. Finally got to the window and the rx is not ready yet. It was dropped off over 3 hours ago. The tech at the drive thru was extremely rude.
Seriously!?!? First you don't give me all my meds. When I question you, you say it's Walmart's fault! Then you tell me you don't have the order after they have closed yet you apparently called at 8:30!!! I already spoke with Walmart and they DID send it to you!!! 2.5 hours later YOU STILL DON'T HAVE MY FUCKING MEDICINE READY AND YOU FUCKING TELL ME IT WILL BE ANOTHER 45 MINS TO FILL A FUCKING BOTTLE OF EYE DROPS?!?!? I had a very good experience at wal greens tonight. Tho I do primarily use another pharmacy, the guy working the pharmacy tonight was great, and very helpful.....thank you for a good experience at 2am *L*
Called in a rx for my son on Friday, they lost it...and were rude on the phone when they were the one's who lost the rx....not satisfied and I will be switching pharmacies tomorrow morning...�
