Walgreens Pharmacy at Chestnut and Shepherd has repeatedly failed to handle electronic prescriptions honestly and competently. On multiple occasions, my physician sent prescriptions electronically while I was physically present in the office, and I personally watched them transmit successfully. Tim Wentworth (CEO) who made $13,280,000 in 2024 has one person making minimum wage running this store. Terrible experience and we as consumers deserve better. Recommendation for staff. Unionize and demand more. Maybe Tim can hold off on avocado toast and pay employees.

Worst pharmacy ever. You’ll have to wait in line for at least an hour since they closed the other Walgreens down the street. Pharmacists are incompetent and don’t have your best interests in mind before pedaling you incorrect and expensive medicine. Don’t even bother to check if you’re getting the right thing.
