RecommendedKeep your expectations LOW - and this’ll seem like a good store. These guys are definitely the 3 stooges driving the short bus to work. To be fair, the Walgreens I relied on in Jacksonville were major league superstars - so comparing these buffoons to competent druggists probably isn’t fair. Walgreens has all my drug and payment info in their app and that makes them more convenient than changing everything to CVS... but I’m tempted.
I absolutely do not like this Walgreens. Worst experience of my life. I refuse to be distasteful so I will keep it simple. The only thing the workers there care about is themselves. Starting with the manager Javier. The shift lead Melinda is horrible. All she kept talking about is how people would get fired or in trouble and that should never be told to a customer. Then to top it off the regular sales clerk Angel prior to the shift lead coming out to help me was just arguing with me even after I told him to call his manager.... read more
